We want to prioritize your comfort and convenience to provide you the best group travel experience, so we have chosen our favorite 4 and 5-star hotels in the Paris and the famous St. Émilion wine region in Bordeaux, both of which have excellent locations, rave reviews, premium amenities and luxurious hotel designs.

Pulitzer Paris is one of our favorite 4-star boutique hotels in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, which serves as the perfect place for exploring the city and getting a local feel for Parisian life. 4 nights

Chateau Grand Barrail is a luxurious 19th-century castle hotel in the Bordeaux region in Saint-Émilion, France, featuring elegant rooms, a gourmet restaurant, a full-service spa, pool and stunning views of the surrounding vineyards. 3 nights

What are we doing?

Dive into a foodie dream, starting in Paris with flaky pastries and gourmet bites then a day trip to the Champagne region before heading to Bordeaux for amazing wines and delicious local eats straight from the vineyards. 

Sample Itinerary:

  • Day 1: arrival day, explore the neighborhood, scenic river cruise, welcome dinner 
  • Day 2: Paris walking tour, foodie tour in Montmartre
  • Day 3: day trip to Champagne region with champagne tastings, optional Michelin-starred dinner 
  • Day 4: paris museum day, explore Jardin des Tuileries, Eiffel Tower picnic
  • Day 5: travel to Bordeaux, explore the city of Bordeaux & optional wine museum 
  • Day 6: Bordeaux winery tastings, visit town of St. Émilion

Looking for a full tour of France? Travel onwards to join our week-long South of France Group Trip to Provence & the French Riviera this July 5-12 with an optional extension in St. Tropez for Bastille day, July 12-15.

For anyone seeking a blend of stunning beaches, rich history, delicious food & wine, charming villages, and coastal glamour, this area of France has it all. We’ll begin our trip in the Provençal countryside at a stunning Château hotel where we will explore nearby lavender fields, local markets, quaint towns and enjoy a winery tasting and picnic. This itinerary is curated for those who want to partake in more food & wine experiences than cultural activities, though the daily activities will have a mix for both.

Mac loves diving down an Instagram rabbit hole, a good gossip session, and planning the trip. She is a food and wine-enthusiast, castle-lover and luxury travel expert, which is the perfect combination for this trip!

She has visited more than twenty five countries and is an avid world-traveler. Her favorite destinations of all time are Spain & Costa Rica.

Our trips are open to anyone aged 21+. We offer segmented trips for specific age ranges: Scout Escapes for our Gen Z and Millennial travelers -or- Scout Escapes+ for our mother/daughter and Gen X and beyond travelers. We offer different itineraries tailored to each age group to foster friendship and exploration!

All attendees are required to submit an extensive questionnaire that helps us get to know you and pair roommates. We take into account sleeping habits, travel preferences, tidiness, personality, hobbies and interests to choose your roommate. We also open our Instagram group chat if you prefer to find a roommate with someone you vibe with on your own. If you prefer to be solo, single rooms are an additional fee & subject to availability.

Our group trips are bespoke itineraries, curated with luxury hotels and private experiences. We exclusively select 4 and 5-star hotels and prioritize private guided activities and luxury transportation with trusted travel partners in the industry to provide you with an exceptional trip that is worth the price tag. 

Yes, you can absolutely do things on your own. We have scheduled free time in every destination and provide you with a list of suggestions for activities. You’re welcome to explore on your own or opt in with the group for an optional free time activity. 

Absolutely! Our trips are open to first-time travelers and travel veterans alike. We craft our trips in detail and can assist you every step of the way. You’ll be given an abundance of information, including destination info, travel tips, packing list, and restaurant and free-time recommendations. As always, you will also have your expert host and local guides with you during the entire trip!

With the ever-changing foreign exchange rate,  it’s easier for us to price our trips in Euros as this is how we pay our vendors. But don’t worry – we do the exchange rate for you when sending invoices so you will be charged in USD at a flat 1.10 exchange rate.
