Where are we staying?

We want to prioritize your comfort and convenience to provide you the best experience on this trip, so we have chosen beautiful 4* and 5* hotels in Florence and Tuscany with rave reviews, excellent amenities, picturesque views and luxurious hotel designs.

Hotel Continentale is centrall located in Florence with beautiful views over the Arno river and walking distance to all of the main sightseeing.

Villa Lena is a gorgeous woman-owned boutique villa retreat in the hillas of Tuscany with on-site activities and a vineyard.

    What are we doing?

    We have crafted a balanced itinerary in order for you to get the most of your trip with us while having plenty of free time to explore on your own! We have chosen unique and sought after experiences specifically for you and this destination like private winery tours with gorgeous views, a sunset picnic in Florence, an Italian cooking class, day trips to Siena and Pisa, walking tours and more! Thanks to our intimate group size we are able to partake in activities that aren’t available for larger groups.

    During your free time you are welcome to tag along with us or explore on your own. We will provide plenty of free time and recommendations for your free time. We will all stay connected via WhatsApp and will have things planned for you if you choose to join us.

    Who is this trip for?

    This trip is perfect for open-minded travel lovers looking to make genuine connections and partake in amazing experiences! Our goal is to organize a trip filled with positive and easy-going girls who are up for anything.

    Unlike many other group trips, we want our group sizes to feel comfortable and intimate. We don’t want you leaving the group trip not being able to remember everyone’s name! We want to create an environment where everyone is able to get to know each other and make friends for life.

    unique considerations

    • Be up for train and car rides! The best way to travel through Italy is via train and car. Tuscany is best accessible by car so we will be taking cars on our excursions and activities! 
    • Bring walking shoes! Florence is a very walkable city and we will be taking advantage of that so be sure to bring some comfortable shoes!

    Meet your hosts

    Hi there! Our names are Sam and Nicole and we connected over our love for travel. BumbleBFF brought us together and we’ve been on over 10 trips together over the past year and half. Nicole is a luxury travel agent specializing in custom tailor made itineraries and Sam is a travel content creator and blogger. Italy is one of our favorite destinations and we can’t wait to take you along for this trip and get to know each and every one of you! 

    Sam loves taking photos and videos, espresso martinis, dancing the night away, saying yes to new experiences, learning new languages, reality tv binges, retail therapy, and her favorite destination of all time is Paris.

    Some of Nicole’s favorite things are… pasta, scary movies, binging shows on Netflix, gin and tonics, doing the daily Wordle, planning trips, and her favorite destination of all time is Spain!

    Questions about our group trips? We have answers.

    Our trips are open to anyone aged 21+. We offer segmented trips for specific age ranges: Scout Escapes for our Gen Z and Millennial travelers -or- Scout Escapes+ for our mother/daughter and Gen X and beyond travelers. We offer different itineraries tailored to each age group to foster friendship and exploration!

    All attendees are required to submit an extensive questionnaire that helps us get to know you and pair roommates. We take into account sleeping habits, travel preferences, tidiness, personality, hobbies and interests to choose your roommate. We also open our Instagram group chat if you prefer to find a roommate with someone you vibe with on your own. If you prefer to be solo, single rooms are an additional fee & subject to availability.

    Our group trips are bespoke itineraries, curated with luxury hotels and private experiences. We exclusively select 4 and 5-star hotels and prioritize private guided activities and luxury transportation with trusted travel partners in the industry to provide you with an exceptional trip that is worth the price tag. 

    Yes, you can absolutely do things on your own. We have scheduled free time in every destination and provide you with a list of suggestions for activities. You’re welcome to explore on your own or opt in with the group for an optional free time activity. 

    Absolutely! Our trips are open to first-time travelers and travel veterans alike. We craft our trips in detail and can assist you every step of the way. You’ll be given an abundance of information, including destination info, travel tips, packing list, and restaurant and free-time recommendations. As always, you will also have your expert host and local guides with you during the entire trip!

    With the ever-changing foreign exchange rate,  it’s easier for us to price our trips in Euros as this is how we pay our vendors. But don’t worry – we do the exchange rate for you when sending invoices so you will be charged in USD at a flat 1.10 exchange rate.
